Low vitamin d levels?!

Question: Low vitamin d levels!?
I've had very low vitamin d levels for quite a long time and every time I go to the doctor they test me - then it's low and then they give me another 50000 round!. I try to get sunlight, and eat foods that have vitamin d in it!. it's not that!. I don't know what it is!.!. The doctor doesn't know either, as I've asked them several times!. So every time it's in between rounds I start feeling fatigued and depressed, and then they start another round and I perk up again!. I know for sure I get at least 100% of the US RDA in my diet for sure, plus the 800 per day they give me to take, plus sunlight, mushrooms, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Have your doctor check your calcium and parathyroid!. You may have hyperparathyroidism - a parathyroid is stuck 'on' and driving up your calcium level!. High calcium causes fatigue and depression!. The body tries to lower the calcium level by shedding vitamin D as a defense!.

If those are OK, you may have a malabsorption problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you taking tablets!? Maybe you are not absorbing them properly from your gut!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you have kidney problems!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
