180 mL of humalog is 18,000 units!. This would kill you, or at the very least make you go into shock and perhaps coma, but this is a lucky case!.
As a comparison, a regular vial of insulin contains 100mL of insulin, which is 1000 units!. So you would need to inject almost 2 full vials to get this amount of insulin in your body!.

Typical cartridges for the Pen only hold about 3 mL of Humalog, which is about 300 units (100 units per mL)!. Maybe you meant 180 units, not 180 cc!?
People with diabetes have different sensitivities to insulin (Humalog is one form of insulin)!. Someone who is young and has Type 1 diabetes may need less than 30 units a day, while someone with Type 2 diabetes may go through almost 200 units a day!.
So whether 180 units of Humalog will hurt you really depends on how many units you usually use in a day!.
If you usually use much less insulin than 180 units, you will need to be watched very closely for severe hypoglycemia, which may be life-threatening!. The effects of Humalog kick in very fast -- less than half an hour -- and can linger for a few hours!.
No matter if you did this by accident, or intentionally (as a way to hurt yourself), I would really suggest you go to the Emergency Room!.
