Answers:
Soak the affected areas in a tepid bath for about 20 mins!. Use all natural soap!. After the bath, don't towel her off but lay her down and put Eucerin creme moisturizer on the areas!. Dress in roomy, light, breatheable clothes until it clears up!. Apply the creme after bath and in the morning (two times each day)!. Keep baby's nails short to prevent scratching and infection!. Give oral antihistimines if she is miserably itching!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Severe eczema is usually a sign of a some type of allergy, and with babies I would guess the culprit is something that she's eating!.

How old is the baby!? What is the baby's current diet!?

I have three friends whose kids, when infants, all had terrible eczema!. Turns out two of them are terribly allergic to EGGS, the other to DAIRY!.

I would start the process of elimination in the diet!. Switch to rice products (instead of wheat or oat), no dairy products, no eggs, no nuts!.

It's a pain, but if you find the culprit, the baby will get some relief!.

Make an appointment with a good allergist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright, I first have to say that I have NO idea what I am talking about!.

BUT, I once took my son, who has perfectly normal skin to a new pediatrician, who was this crazy man from India!. And he told me that I should gently wash my son's skin with a dandruff shampoo, and it would make his skin very soft, and help with eczema problems!.!.!.!. which my son didn't have!. (!?) After that appointment, we went to another doctor!.

So, either he is nuts, or he's a genius and it might work!.
Good luck, I hope it turns out okay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you try the simple over the counter hydrocortizone 10%!? The Generic form of it worked wonders on my sons extremely rash prone skin on his face during the winter months!. Also the over the counter product called Sarna is a lotion my Mother in Law bought for her excema and is very happy with it!. I really love cortizone gel - it works on any skin condition I have had to deal with for my kids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
