I have had the chicken pox since tuesday night and i want them to heal good with no scars!. i didnt know that they were chicken pox and first and they itched like crazy so i scratched them!. i dont want to go see a doctor!. give me so good home remedies especailly including diet but dont go for the lame" put one cup of oatmean into a bath" give me something originalWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lukewarm baths with 1/3 cup baking soda added help relieve itching!. This can be done as often as needed!.
Plain old Calamine Lotion will relieve itch and help to heal chicken pox!. Apply gently with a cotton ball!.

Try not to scratch !.!.!. easier said than done!. Trim fingernails and wash hands frequently with antibacterial soap!. Do not squeeze or pick pox!. Doing so may cause scaring

Remember Chicken Pox are contagious until all the sores have crusted over, usually 5 to 6 days!.
