Nutritional/herbal supplments for psoriasis?!

Question: Nutritional/herbal supplments for psoriasis!?
I am looking to take extra supplements for my psoriasis and was wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with a particular one!.

I am taking Selenium, and all the usual Omegas, Vit D etc!. But I have heard that Gota Kola is good as it helps the skin!.

And yes, I have been to my doctors!. I have tried coal tar treatments, steriod creams, topical creams etc and nothing really works!. I am being reffered for light therapy but until then I would like to try and help myself!.

Can anyone help me out here!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You need to take EPA fish oils 1000mg per day, Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg x 3 per day as deficiencies of these essential omega oils in your diet may cause psoriasis, also take a high dose B-Vitamin supplement too as stress can be a trigger and it's a natural tonic for the nerves!. It is safe to take this combination, and you should see a real difference in about a months time, and maximum results within 3 months!. Also try using Aloe Vera gel on your skin too as this is naturally soothing and healing!. I hope this helps!.xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

My mother had a patch of it on her leg for years, and it drove her nuts!.Quite by accident one day I heard Doctor Hilary on GMTV mention using coal tar soap!.She used it and it made a huge difference!.I have used it on my son's eczema in the summer too!.It's not the prettiest smelling soap but it's the best they have used in my family!.Look out for the bright yellow soap at the supermarket!.Boots do their own, or I think it's Wrights Coal Tar in the orange packets you can get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not a nutritional deficiency!. It is auto immune! It's like treating diabetes with a Vitamin C supplement!. Wrong treatment matched for the disease!.

there are new medications out there!.

But what works best for my husband is the sun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
