Hello there!. I recommend that you should try the herbal anti-psoriasis remedy by Champori!. Get their spray/cream combo: it worked better than anything else for my plaque psor!.: my patches cleared in about 2 weeks and I haven't had flare up for more than a year now!.

stop drinking cows milk and dairy!. Dairy can be the main cause it worked for me!. Try soy insteadWww@Answer-Health@Com
