I'm black, I have these black bumps on my scrotum(balls) they are attached to hairs so their are alot of them, basically on every hair their are small bumps, and i have no pain!.!.can this possible be genital herpes!?!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This does not sound at ALL like herpes to me!.
Herpes lesions come and go over time!. And they typically hurt!.

Ok, maybe I shouldn't but I will, what does you being black have to do with anything!? Since all STDs affect people differently, it's hard to say for sure!. You could have a rash, jock itch, or you might have herpes!. The only way to know for sure is to get tested!.
