Unfortunately, all those side effects are very common with most BP medicines!. If your BP is at stroke level, the simple fact that the medicine is working causes the dizziness!. A sudden drop in your BP to normal levels causes all those side effects!. They will get better as your body adjusts to a lower BP!. It may take as long as 2 weeks for this to happen though!. You might try a very low dose of 1 of those that worked & wait a week or so to slowly increase the dose!. That way your body can slowly adjust to gradual decreases in your BP!.
From a previous answer, Vasotec is in the same family as Altace & lisinopril so it may have the same side effects!. It is a good inexpensive choice!. The others you have taken are all good 1st line choices!. They actually have some of the better side effect profiles compared with other BP medicines!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no "best" medication!.!.!.it varies from person to person, not the same thing works for everyone!.!.!.Make sure you are making lifestyle changes as well, diet, exercise, no smoking!. There are some supplements that may help but are no means a replacement for medication if your blood pressure is out of control!.!.!.!.!.calcium, magnesium, potassium!.!.!.CoQ10, essential fatty acids, garlic, L-carnitine, selenium, and vitamin E!.!.!.!.!.search each + hypertension (high blood pressure)!.!.!.!.!.all medications have some side effects when your body is adjusting to them, the ones you have listed are common and just kind of come with the terriority!.!.!.!.you just have to decide if the health benefits (lower blood pressure) out weigh the side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends, but the best one for you is the one your doctor prescribes for you!. Different types of BP meds do different things in different ways!. Why don't people just listen to their doctor!? If you're not going to listen to him/her why waste their time and your money going to them!?
