Answers:
Forget all the 'lotions' that are available out there and use 'vasoline'!. Vasoline is the best for dry skin!.!.by far!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this 3 times a week:
Buy a quality cocoa or shea butter formula, a rich, oily one!. You will know it is oily because it will leave a sheen on your skin!.

cut the end off of two short cotton socks so you can slip them over your elbows!.

Before you do this, slather your elbows in moisturiser (nice and thick so it wont soak in at once)

Slip the socks over your elbows and go to bed like this (about three times a week) Repeat this routine until you see results!.

Rub in some moisturiser every morning before going to school/work!.

Everynight in the shower, rub your elbows lightly with an exfoliating glove to remove any excess dry skin!. Don't rub to hard or you could cause infection!.

Goodluck!

p!.s remember to wash the socks after every use, so it might be a good idea to make a few pairs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a medical supply store (place where you can buy guaze, wraps, walkers, etc!., or MAYBE even Walgreens or Rite-Aid!.!.!.and try to find a lotion/cream called ABSORBASE!. When you put it on, it feel like you are rubbing Crisco on your elbows, but then soak you arms, and Anywhere else you use it (and use sparingly) soak them in VERY warm water, and rub into skin as much as possible!. This is the WONDER of MANY hospitals!. I used it for over 10 years, and still keep it around, and my skin is soft as a baby's arms)! Good luck, and hope you'll feel much better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
