Question: Need serious help on constipation!?
Please be serious!. Don't just post on here for the fun of it!.

I need help on constipation!. I haven't had to use the bathroom for quite some time, and I think it is because of constipation!.
But the problem is, I don't know what the deal is with me!?!

First of all; I have well enough fiber in my diet!. So what's the problem!?
Do I need to have more water!? I just started having about 1 bottle a day!. Is that enough!?
