Weak pulse?!
Question: Weak pulse!?
Hello I take 12!.5 mg of toprol and 2 mg of xanax and 10 mg of lexapro a day!.!. today I took my beta blocker!.!. and I was walking around a bit outside (get some exercise) im not overweight im actually at the ideal weight but I dont exercise so im totaly out shape!.!. But the thing I could easily feel my pulse even when I was walking around!.!. now that im sitting and such I am having trouble feeling it on my wrists and I was just curious if this sounds like I could have a weak pulse or something to that effect I take the beta blocker for high heart rates associated with anxiety and panic attacks!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As pointed you should discuss it with you doctor, but I don't think is a real problem!. When you are 'walking around' your heart is working harder and faster to meet your bodies need for more oxygen!. When you are 'sitting and such' there's less demand for oxygen so your heart slows and may not beat as hard!. Slow or weak pulse is only a concern if you have symptoms like dizziness or fainting!. Try running a short distance, then check your pulse!.

Hello, please try not to panic over what Tich said!.!. I agree fully with Terry!. You're probably fine!.!. if you're truly concerned call your DR did you checked your BP!? I know you said what you're on it for and its very similar to myself!. So if you need to talk to your doctor and try what terry said to!. You're probably just fine!.
