Question: Best Thing For Sunburn!.!.!?
Ok, I know I should now use a higher factor in the sun so please no lectures on that front!.!.!. I just would like to know the best cooling and soothing thing for terrible sunburn!.!.!. it happened on Sat and is still burning up!. I have had gel nets, cold showers, ice packs, after sun, ice! It seems to cool down and then keeps flaring up and I cant handle it at home let alone work (where i now am) help!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

aloe Vera gel is the best bet!. put it in the fridge!.!. i had a really bad experience with a sun burn one time!.!. i put baby oil all over me and sat in the sun for 2 hours straight!. i was BURNT!. like, seriously!.!. it was a stupid move but i was copying my aunt who knew what she was doing by not putting so much on and not sitting out too long!.!. anyways, i hurt for 2 weeks!. just take some pain killers and wear loose clothes!. also use the gel and theres this stuff you could get at the store called dermoplast that eases the pain and burn of sun burn!. try that!. it really worked for me! hope all turns out ok!Www@Answer-Health@Com
aloe vera, straight from the plant, just slice a leaf down the centre and rub the jelly in, trust me it works, i once rode a motorcycle all day in just a vest, [see,i to am foolish] i was as red as a lobster and tingling all over, somebody sliced a leaf off of the aloe vera plant and within almost seconds i was cured, i now keep a plant inside my house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ALOE VERA!! it is the BEST thing for burns!. trust me!. if you have an aloe vera plant break of bit and spread the clear gluey stuff over your burns!. you will feel it colling down!. if ur face is burnt, put the aloe vera gel at night before you go to bed!. by morning you will see results and in a few days ur burn will be gone
