You probably got very anxious about the needle or something!. You're obviously fine, or they would've suggested you see a doctor!. I can promise you that if your pulse was consistently over 100, you won't be alive to read this answer!. You're fine!. Just relax!.

But if this is worrying you, go to the hospital and run an EKG!. They put stickers on your upper torso and connect wires to it and run a sixty second test!. It's completely painless and tickles just a bit!. Once they tell you you're okay, the anxiety might go away!. Here's to your health!. Cheers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nerves can cause you to have a pulse increase, caffeine consumption, exercising!. I wouldn't be to concerned about it unless you feel a pounding in your chest or heart problems run in your family!.

You can always check your pulse from time to time!. Either at the wrist or at the carotid artery on your neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No worries!.

A high pulse rate occurs maybe because you did some exercise which includes walking!. Waiting those 15 minutes probably slowed down your heart rate since you were resting!.

The maximum pulse rate for a person is 220 minus your age!. So if it doesnt go over that, then your fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it means that ur heart was beating 100 times a minute normal is in the 80 area ur pulse logically raises when ur doing some form of exercise the only reason this is is because of if im not mistaken blood pressure issue because the faster ur heart beats the more blood flows through your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
