I hate to say it but you need to go back to the dermatologist!. It is probably a simple eczema or psoriasis, but it may be infected/inflammed and is causing the tingling sensation in other parts of the body!. It is time to be checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember the skin is an organ, and if you have a itchy skin it is because the body is trying to get rid of waste products and because your other organs are overworked it comes out in the skin!. Drink more water, cut down on sugars (use honey or maple syrup - not aspartame as alternative)!. Keep off junk food!. Increase Omega3 oils - fish oils, linseed (flaxseed) oils!. Eat more fish and try to eat organic meats!. lavender essential oil in a bath can help soothe itchiness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How 'bout food allergy/intolerances!? Check with a reputed allergist or immunologist in a teaching hospital near you!. Also, try yoga breathing exercises to calm you when the itching starts (no joke!.!.!.this works on my 5 year old who has severe eczema!)!. And, cool water/oil compresses or fresh aloe vera gel (from the plant!.!.!.not tube) on the itchy patches to keep the inflammation down without over-medicating!.
