Is it possible to have food poisoning without diarrhea!? I had really bad stomach and side cramps and i was throwing up, but i didnt have diarrhea!. since I didnt have diarrhea, my parents didnt believe that I had food poisoning, and the doctors said that i didnt either!. They said I had the flu!. But since its not flu season!. I think I have food poisoning!.

I've had food poisoning twice and never had diarrhea!.
I threw up like every hour for 15 hours straight and my stomach hurt so bad for days afterward!.

Doctors can make mistakes!. They're trained to understand the human body, but they are still human like the rest of us!. The human body itself isn't even fully understood yet, so there is plenty of room for error, even among doctors!. If you threw up the food, it didn't proceed into your body far enough to enter the intestines, which would have caused it to be excreted through diarrhea!. It's the same as gas!. Gas in your stomach comes up through your mouth as a burp!. Gas in your intestines comes out your anus as flatulence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have a little something called acid reflux!. Take a pepcid ac chewable tablet and see how you feel after an hr or two!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes it is possible, but if the doctor thinks it wasn't food poisoning, then i doubt it was!. You should trust your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
