I have red hair so my skin, when exposed to sun without sunscreen, burns like crazy!. The tiniest burn will hurt!. I was out in the sun for 5 hours and it was really hot and sunny!. I got burned on my face and, because of a low shirt, my chest!. I have really sensitive skin and it's a pretty bad burn!. I'm in extreme need of a "cure" to my sunburn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apple Cider Vinegar applied with a soft cloth or cotton ball is a quick remedy to help with the sting of sunburn you may have in your cupboard!.
If the odor of the vinegar is offensive, you can also use 100% Aloe Vera Gel is another good remedy available at a drugstore!. Doesn't sting when applied like other medications!.
Stay away from anything oily, or containing oil - it just holds in the heat and isn't good for any type of burns!.
Cool baths can be soothing in between applications of Aloe Gel or Apple cider vinegar!.
Also stay away from tight fitting clothing, loose cotton would be best!. Polyester type fabrics hold in heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apply aloe vera since it can help the skin heal 10 times faster!. Put on some ice to help cool the burn!. Also, if that sunburn is very red, try washing your face and body with warm water with a 2 or 3 spoonful of either apple or rice vinegar!. That may help the redness go away in a few hours or by tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have access to an aloe plant, de-skin it and blend the jell and apply to the sunburn area ASAP!. The pain will be gone as long as the area is kept moist!. Keep applying for a couple of days and the area will start to heal!. The key to a fast recovery is ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i use Ocean Potion Aloe Gel or im sure any aloe gel will help it cools it down and if i have a sunburn i always forgot i and ill scratch it and it hurts but i put that on and it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
