Question: Large red lump, pimple like, on my private area!.!.!.!?
its like a large pimple!. I've had these before!. the lump feels like a ton of pressure (like a zit would) and sometimes last a bit, 3-4 days!. They hurt for a good day!. it does not itch, just 'sore' like a zit ready to pop but I do not see a 'yellow head' on it

More than likely it is a pimple or an infected hair!. Normal to get these things!. Try squeezing one to see if anything comes out!. I doubt it is an STD!.

It could be an ingrown hair or something!. Or simply a pimple!. Has he only been with you!? I mean has he had other partners in the past!? It really doesnt sound like an STD to me!. Sounds like an infected hair root, dear!. Try bathing it with warm water then dry and apply a cream - like Germolene!. It should clear in a couple of days!.
