Question: Does the stress of an asthma attack make your body quiver and tremble!?
When I'm in the middle of a really bad attack, sometime my body quivers and trembles!. Yesterday I was having a bad attack and it was going on for a while!. I took my nebulizer but had to pause and take a break for a minute because I just was having trouble breathing the medicine in!. As I was breaking from the medicine, my teeth started to chatter, and I was trembling - like my hands and arms were kind of shaking!.
Was this because of the stress you're under!? Does anyone else experience this!? It went away as the attack was dying down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its the adrenaline around your body making you shake, plus you are probably panicking and scared, I have asthma and have only had one attack and that was bad enough ! I am sorry you have to struggle with this, it was the stress, adrenaline and sometimes I shake if I take too much ventolin!. I wish you the best and try to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes i had that and when it is really bad i rock back and forth its because you r working so hard to breathe !.another thing to help you is drink warm coffee or water it does something to broncular tube i wouldnt tell you if it wasnt true i went to a asthma hospital in denver also try to focus and work on slow deep breaths had this all my 42 yrs hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
