Fibromyalgia and factor V?!

I recently have been going to all my doctors and blood specialist!. I was getting checked every week for my INR levels due to the use of cumadin,now I am monthly!. Now the blood specialist believes I have fibromyalgia and has perscribed lyrica!.When I explained that I am bloated, tired can't get out of bed but can't sleep at night,swelling and have had such a weight gain over the past 18 months, this is what all these doctors come up with!? I understand the cumadin for the pulminary embolism (5 clots in my lungs)!. They started to say it was due to the birth control that was used to see if my endimetreosis was back due to lower abdominal pain !. I has a partial hys!. 16 yrs ago!. I was fortunate but I have now the nose bleeds and aches and feel like death warmed over with the tried and swelling of joints and lack of night sleep, blurred vision!.Am I the rare case of all these!? I also have another doctor holding off on surgery till they figure out what is wrong with me due to lower pelvic pain, I have a history of endimetrosis to top it off that has now flaired up after 16 yrs and I have been dealing with pain and frustration for 9months of female pain as well!.
