I've always enjoyed good health with a diet of lean beef, corn, beans, bread, butter [NOT margerine], cheese, beer, salt, peppers, cabbage, with very little dairy [other than cheese & occasional icecream]!.!.!.very very few potatoes!.!.!.[usually omitted entirely!.!.!.]
