Yes, bacteria and germs are found on a bar of soap!. That is the reason why healthcare workers in a hospital or doctors surgery are not allowed to use bars of soap, they do harbour bacteria!. Liquid soap is much better!. I don't think there are many places bacteria free, they even survive in out of reach, dusty areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honest answer I'd say anything in a vaccum such as space or if you sucked the air out of something and left it that way for a few days wouldn't contain any "germs", if it did we might have space germs as well, lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
