yes u can its caused by sweat and hair worn down!.!. exfoliate the area and wear your hair up nit and day and wear cotton shirts that let ur skin breathe!!

it doesn't happen to me but i have lots of friends that have that problem!.
to get rid of them, just simply scrub your back with soap and water with a scrub brush to remove all the oil causing the pimples when you take a shower!!

yes i have seen people with it!. i used to have a little bit too!. i think its just from sweating so much back there!. but it can easily be fixed if you just wash your back better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
