Answers:
I know what you are going through! It is so miserable!. The only way I have found any relief is through gargling with salt water!.
I had to go to the doctor and ask him to put me back on 'Singulair' to help prevent the allergies!. Consider asking your physician for a trial sample!. If you are one of the lucky ones it will take away almost all of the allergy reactions!.
Try to find some cold foods that you can eat that will help relieve the irritation as well, maybe jello, ice cream, Popsicles!. The cold foods seem to help the inflammation in your throat!.
Hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

until you take the zyrtec, you could take Benedryl (although, like they zyrtec, it will make you sleepy) or you could take another over the counter antihistimine that wont make you sleepy but works right away, like the benedryl!. I think it is called Alavert!. Works as quickly without the drowsiness!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you should try a really cold drink!. i have allergies too but i take my medication during the day and it helps my itchy throat a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay!. i know what that's like having that for allergies and it sucks!. what really helps me is eating 2 tablespoons of honey 2X daily! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Halls Fruit Breezers!. Hot green tea with honey is the best, or I actually like mine iced, with a lot of lemon, and sweetener!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try drinking some warm honey & lemon tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gargle with salt water!Www@Answer-Health@Com
