no it not true!. it just less noticable!. they have a higher risk to burn because they have darker skin tone and that attracts more uv rays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone burns!.!.!.you just can't notice sunburn on people with dark tones because the dark covers up the reddish burn color!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
