it does work, but its hard cos they sneak dairy products into everything
and be careful cos my friend stayed off of dairy for so long that when she had it by accident (an ingredient of turkey slices) it made her really illWww@Answer-Health@Com
milk is often a culprit!. should show its effects in a week, but i am not sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
