Obviously, try to avoid long periods in the sun!. but if you do end up with a migrane then they can be very debilitating!. I take two paracetamol/aspirin, but because it is a migrane and not a headache, I would rinse a flannel or face cloth in cold water then wring it until it is just damp!. Lie down in a dark room (curtains drawn, lights off) and place the flannel over the sore part of my head!. All I can do then is wait!. Usually I will fall asleep and wake up!. Migrane is gone!.
I hope that helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sensitive to the sun so I always stay in the shade when possible!. When it's not possible I make sure I am well hydrated!. So drink lots of fluids!. You should know your limit by now so, basically only be in the sun for a limited of time, you have to take care of yourself first so regardless of the activity if you can't cut out short then don't be apart of it and it's that simple!. You can also carry a wet towel along with you, so whenever you are feeling over heated just place the towel over your forehead or neck!.
medication you can take to help with headaches!.!.!.
IBprophen
Advil
Aleve
Have you discuss this with a doctor(!?) if not, then you should it may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
