What is the dark skin stuff that rubs off...is that normal?!

Question: What is the dark skin stuff that rubs off!.!.!.is that normal!?

I am a 14 year old, and on my arm and legs there are some patches of skin that are just a pinch darker then my normal skin, and when it is wet, it just rubs of!.
Is that normal!? If not, what is it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like it is just dead or dirty skin!. Don't worry it's normal!.When my skin is wet or moist I just rub off the dead skin too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
