Question: What causes elevated heartrate!? How do I lower it!?
Hi there,
I was wondering what the biological reasons for elevated heartrate are!. I'm not in great shape, but I do work out regularely, including cardio, and am also still overweight!. My resting heartrate is 75-80, which seems to me to be high!. Is it!? Can I do anything to lower my overall heartrate other than physical exercise and weightloss!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your heart rate itself is not in the slightest way "high" -It's quite in the average range!.

The amount of blood your heart pumps out (at rest) is, (like mine and everyone else's) roughly 5 litres/minute!. How fast your heart beats is simply that 5 litres divided by the amount of blood it pumps out at each stroke!. Neither you, nor I, nor God, nor the President of the American Heart Association can alter that!. It's just the way you're made!.

So, in your case, the answer comes out at about 75-80!. In mine, about 73!. You couldn't really get more average that that, could you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO YOGA AND CALM YOURSELF IN MEDITATION!.!.
TRY FOR A MONTH AND YOU WILL FEEL BETTER!. THERE IS NO OTHER REMIDY BETTER THAN THIS AND WHAT UR DOC!. IS GIVINGWww@Answer-Health@Com
