taste it yuckk!!! how can i get rid of it and clean up my lungs!.? i don't smoke and just had bad colds with lots of phlem that i could not get rid of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like chronic bronchitis!.!.!. needs a doctor!. Antibiotics will clear up most of it, and he can give you exercises to improve the lungs!. If it smells it wont clear by itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would first tell my doctor!. He might want to send you to a Pulmonary Specialists!. I had this problem from Allergy!. I use inhalers to open the airways, another to stop infection!.
