Question: Immune systems, girls better than boys!?
I've recently oberved the boys in my family and around me get sick much more often than the girls, is there any truth to this or!?

Actually there is some evidence that the immune system of women may be more robust than that of men!. However, this really only pertains to cases of autoimmunity!. Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system attacks its own body!. Such a response is an over reaction!. Many autoimmune disease are more prevalent in women such as multiple sclerosis and lupus!. So, perhaps there is something about female hormones that increase the activity of their immune systems!. However, it is debatable as to whether this would be apparent in cases of infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Both sexes has equal immune system power but some people got weaker immune system due to their lifestyle, diet and environment!. To have the best immune system means that we should take care of our body physically and mentally through proper exercise, good diet and choice of food and do everything that is considered as healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
