Question: Hello, I have SVT of the heart!. What kind of workouts can I do that will not put me in danger!?
of getting my heart rate too high and still lose weight!? I also am Hypothyroid as well!. I take heart pills and thyroid pills as well!. I am anemic as well and have stage four endometriosos, so a have a few things I need to becareful of, but I would like to lose 20 pounds!. Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My diabetes doctor told me that I need a power walk at least 45 minutes per day!. I'm nearly die out at the road side each time but I'm still survive till now!
Have you found out what kind of svt do you have!? What is your cardiologist said!? If he is OK for you to go ahead that should be fine!.
