I too have this issue!. have you tried any of the zinc remedies!? A dermatologist is your best bet!. For a year I went to the tanning bed and the rays helped alot!. But I would rather have the psoriasis than skin cancer!. I have not found anything over the counter that works!. But I have heard alot of positive things about the zinc creams you can now get in the stores!. i have also heard that fish oil capsules work as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Unfortunately you can't cure psoriasis, but you can keep it under control!. Get your doctor to refer you to a dermatologist!. There are a variety of different strategies - topical steroids, shampoos, etc!. They also vary in strength!. Generally topical steroids work well - but over time your skin becomes sensitized to the base and you will need to switch steroids!.
Other factors like your diet and stress can contribute!. Most people get flare-ups (as with most skin conditions) when they are stressed out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So have I, it is a real bummer, cant recommend anything personally as nothing has worked for me yet, hydrocortisone creams keep it down, but does not cure it!. You can get loads of advice and can ask question on the website linked below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I saw a programme about this and the person had special sunbed treatment supervised by a doctor, it worked really well for them - but don't do it without the supervision of your doctor as they didWww@Answer-Health@Com
