It will fall off when the skin underneath it has healed enough- just like a regular scab!. Depending on how old you are, where it's located and how much you meddle with it, that usually takes about a week or so!. Treat it just like you would any other scab!. Cover it with a bandaid and don't pick at it!. It will start to itch a bit as it gets ready to come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
