'Hot Feet! -'HELP'!!?!
Question: 'Hot Feet! -'HELP'!!!?
Everynite, i have to hang them out of the bottom of the bed!
They have always been this way since i was a kid, Sleeping can sometimes be impossible because the soles of my feet feel so uncomfortably hot!. Ive tried a few cremes but they dont work!
I have to use a cold damp towel to rest them on Dr!. says nothing wrong with me by the way! - Even in winter, they remain hot and still plonked over the edge of the bed! but i would love a cure for good, if anyone knows one!?!
Please dont tell me to hang 'em out of the window!

Are you eating healthy!?!? too much junk food and not drinking enough water can cause that!! You can try a low dose aspirin a day + fish oil !.!.!.
