Answers:
Swelling like that sounds like dependent edema caused by congestive heart failure!. Your heart is not able to fully pump your blood throughout your body, caused by too much blood or your heart may have had some angina, so it kind of backs up!. The places it usually backs up in is the feet, hands, fingers, and in the lungs( hence the shortness of breath)Www@Answer-Health@Com

may be that you are allergic to something that you eat only once in a while

I have a subtle shellfish allergy, fish is fine though!. I live in the Midwest, so it's not often i sit down to a bunch of lobster, crab or scallops!. If I do!? I swell up, get itchy, etc!. I have never had the breathing problem, but that would be the usual next step in severity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have an allergy to something maybe!. Did you eat anything weird or were around anything that might trigger something!? Hmmm!. Thats kind of weird!. I hope it stops!Www@Answer-Health@Com
