k so im getting my tonsils and adnoids taken out on the 13th and i am FREAKING OUT! are there anyways that i can try and calm down like i am so scared im starting to fee like im gonig to throw up and i cant it anymore!. are there anyways that will help me calm down!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start a really GOOD book such as , pretty little liars , Kira Kira , Parvanas journey and treat yourself to 2 pints of Ben and Jerry's i suggest , chunky monkey , phish food , or half baked!. And also treat yourself to 3 different kinds of jello or Popsicles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
do you own any good movies that you just love!? Put one of those on and it should distract you!. You could also try and think of all the ice cream you'll be eating after!. I think they still do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
