You must call your doctor immediately!. I know for a fact that Xanax is not a drug that pregnant women can take safely for the baby!.

I have panic disorder and when I was pregnant, my doc took me off the xanax and sent me to a shrink 2 times a week!. Other than that I white knuckled it for the baby!. Who by the way, turned out healthy!.

Your bp and heart meds are another story!. You must take these meds to be healthy!. But only your doctor can make the decision as to exactly which drugs and in what dosages are safe for you!.

You can do it!. You can do yoga, breathing exercises, meditation etc!. YES, YOU CAN!!!!

Good luck and congrats on the baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor, there are various drugs that can be used that may be safer!. There are many types of beta-blockers and there are also alternatives to beta-blockers that may be able to have similar effects as the beta-blockers!. Remember if you are not healthy you will not be able to be healthy for your baby, please take care of yourself, Heart Arrhythmias are serious (as you know) and you need to take care of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suffer anything for my daughter but that's just me!. You might want to talk to your dr!. about what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
