Itchy Penis, discharge, burning?!

Question: Itchy Penis, discharge, burning!?
So one day I woke up with a very itchy penis, so I scratched it a lot and paid no attention!. I have phimosis, so it makes proper hygiene hard, but I took a shower and did my best!. Later the next day I noticied the tip of my penis (foreskin not the head since my skin does not retract) was very sore and it stung as if there were open cuts!. Then a dark, smelly, yellow discharge began to come out of my penis and this runs non-stop!. It burns to urinate only sometimes and the pain seems to come on and off!. Also under my foreskin the head of my penis hurts!.!.first it hurt on the top then it felt better but the left side started hurting!.!.the fact that i cannot retract makes it impossible to see if there is blistering or what is going on!. And yes, safe sex 100% of the time!. When i have an erection it hurts a bit like there is pressure on the head and when I urinate theres usually smegma in it!. Started last wed and took urinary tract infection pills with no success!. any ideas what it is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sounds like you have bacterial balanitis - an infectious inflammation of the head of the penis!. Very common in phimosis!. Usually it is caused by candida (yeast infection), but your yellow discharge indicates bacteria!. Although it may have started out as a yeast infection!. Here is what I recommend as a course of action:
1!. Even though you've had safe sex - rule out chlamydia and gonorrhea!.
2!. A doctor will prescribe to you topical ointments to treat yeast and bacteria (will improve almost immediately)!. Systemic meds (i!.e!. antibiotics will be utterly ineffective)!.
3!. For the long term solution - get a "medically necessary" circumcision!. If you are completely against it - you can opt for cutting the part of the frenulum - a fibrous cord of connecting tissue on the underside of the penis!.
hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

circumcision is the solution!. you will have some pain for a while and live happily ever afterWww@Answer-Health@Com
