Is it hard to live on a dairy-free diet?!

Question: Is it hard to live on a dairy-free diet!?
My doctor believes I may have a food allergy and so I went gluten free for two weeks and then started adding gluten back into my diet!. I still felt horrible so now she has me eliminating dairy from my diet for two weeks and slowly adding it back!. Is it hard to be dairy free!? I looked at the labels of the foods in my house and it seems all of them have dairy somewhere in them!. If you're currently dairy free, what do you usually have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I lived dairy-free for many years due to lactose intolerance!. It wasn't that hard (and I was very thin as a result)!. For breakfast you can have a bagel, eggs, cereal with soy or rice milk (which isn't that bad)!. For lunch you can have a sandwich, a burger, a salad; and for dinner you can have chicken, fish, meat, beans, veggies, rice, pasta, salad, bread!.

Also, the chocolate soy milk is yummy AND dark chocolate has no milk in it!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not hard at all!. I'm lactose intolerent and so don't eat dairy often!. There is frozen yogurt, which seriously tastes about identical to ice cream, and then you can drink soy milk instead of regular milk!. I'll be honest, certain brands and flavors of soy milk can taste pretty weird!. Sun Soy tastes a bit better than Silk Soy, in my opinion!. Milk and ice cream tend to be what people miss most about not being able to eat dairy!. You can look around and find cheese made with soy, too, but I can't tell you if it tastes any good because cheese has never bothered me!. If you end up having to eat real cheese, opt for a hard cheese instead of a soft one!.!.!.it's much easier on the stomach!.

Being totally dairy free can be a problem, because it is found in a lot of products, however if you check out the organics food aisle in your grocery store you may be able to find something safe to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you like dairy, then get you some lactose pills!. they are inexpensive!. if you continue to feel bad with adding back the wheat products, get off the wheat again and also try try going corn free!. nothing with cornmeal, cornstarch, corn syrup, corn oil!. no coke!. coke has wheat in it!. i have both of thes allergies!. if you have more questions my e mail address is whiteharleytrike@yahoo!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com

After you've been gluten and dairy free for a while, you may find that you are able to tolerate small amounts of dairy in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
