Answers:
About four years ago, I felt shaking coming from my neck, my head would even vibrate slightly, totally freaked me out -- was thinking Parkinsons, etc!. Went to neurologist who wanted to put me on seizure medication, chiropractor that tried some strange pulse thing behind my ear, etc!. Exhaustion seemed to come out of the amount of energy my body was shaking with!.

What I finally realized is that I'd been so stressed out that I was automatically clinching my neck, jaw and shoulder muscles, all day, even when I was sleeping!. Realized that the shaking felt exactly like when I tried to hold a chin up in gym class, and my muscles would just shake due to the exertion of being so flexed!. So over the next few days, I concentrated on relaxing!. Concentrated on what I thought of as 'forcably relaxing' my jaw neck and shoulders!. Almost like you are mentally expanding the muscle and relaxing it out!. I figured out that this is what they talk about in yoga class!. THEN after about two more days, the shaking stopped! I still have to work on it, even two years later: to notice when I am clinching and relax it out, shake out my jaw, etc!.

This could be completely different than your problem, but I know how scary it feels and how you think maybe its just in your head, and doctors think you are nuts!. So if its the same, just take 3 days and every time you think about it, relax everything, evaluate your body from the inside piece by piece and make sure you aren't carrying around tension that you don't even realize!.

Also though, I do have Familial Tremor in my family, but it usually doesn't show up till our late 50s!. Usually makes your hands shake, so there are neurological problems that can do it too, but my family seems to get by ok even with the Family Shakes ~;) Don't worry, you'll get through whatever it is!. Good luck! Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like low blood sugar to me!. A glass of whole milk or a slice of cheese should take the shaking away!. The problem with fruit juice is that you will get a flood of insulin which will pull out more glucose from your blood and lower your blood sugar some more or keep it low!.

The milk or cheese will result in a slow release of glucose into your blood stream and prevent a flood of insulin!. This will raise your blood sugar to an even level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you eaten!? Your blood sugar level may be low and causing this shaking!. Try drinking some juice or eating!. If it does not go away, get more help!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
