6month old/ wondering if this seems serious enough to take her to hospital?!

Question: 6month old/ wondering if this seems serious enough to take her to hospital!?
Ok, so normally I would rush her to the hospital becuz the doctors office is closed!. But the doctor says I am a worrier!.!.Becuz in the past I have took them for things that arent really needed!. Like severe congestion to the point of choking!.!.!.

But this time, I am really flipping out!.
so my daughter is 6months and she is teething, and she has got runny nose and congestion from it!. well she was choking like and I patted her on the back to get her to stop ( I am certified in cpr) any ways!.!.!.after she caught her breath she has just a tad bit of blood but it wasnt coming from her teeth becuz they havent broke through yet!?
any advise!. I hate to get called a worrier at the hospital again!.

It's fine this time :) dont worry!.

And if anything happens next time and you think you need to take her to the hospital!.!.!. do it!. Dont mind when they call you a "worrier", you're just caring for your kids!. You never know, one day it might be something serious!.

And you're doing a great job :) having so many kids at your age!.

You're my role model lol!.

I would suggest you taking your child to the hospital!. Blood is never a good sign!. It is MUCH better to be safe than sorry and so what if they call you a worrier all that means is that you are looking out for your kids!. YOU need to do what YOU feel is right!. Good luck and God bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your baby to the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's fine to pat your baby on the back!. It's a blind FINGER SWEEP OF THE MOUTH that you don't want to do--it can cause epiglottis spasms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If a child is choking on something, you DO NOT EVER EVER pat them on the back!. That can cause aspiration, which can cause an infection in their lungs!. If you were really up to date on your infant CPR and First Aid, you would KNOW BETTER!. Call the office and see what they say!. The teeth don't have to cut all the way through for there to be blood!. Hell, for all you know, she may have bit the inside of her mouth (or lip) from you hitting her on the back!. Me thinks you have a few too many children to handle at this point in your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

blood is always a worry, especially in babies!. so check very very carefully, making sure u dont miss anything, that u r absolutly positive her teeth havent come through!. if u r sure that there r no teeth, take her 2 the hospital, u could always take her 2 another hospital if u didnt want 2 make an appearance at ur normal one!. but blood could mean there is something wrong with her lungs or her throat or something, so dont take this lightly!. u could ask ur husband to take her, or ur mum or dad or a friend if u didnt want 2 go, and then they can say that they were taking care of her while u were out or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
