Question: The stomach flu!?
ok i had diahrea or however you spell it and a little bit of stomach nausea!. the stomach flu is going around where i live and i think i just got a touch of it!. i didnt throw up or anything i just dont wanna get the stomach flu ever again, lol!. im about 13 and i was wondering if when you get older if when you get the stomach flu its not as bad as when you get it when you were a kid!. the last times i have gotton it i havn't thrown up no matter how bad it is with other people!. im the oldest kid in the family and so whenever my siblings get it i get it!. its sooooo annoying!. i HATE throwing up cuz it hurts a lot!. when i get the stomach flu, what should i do to prevent throwing up!? cuz i ususally get it at night and throw up and night and everything, but is better in the morning!. im just so anoyed my it!. i need some help!. but like do you not eat when you get the stomach flu to prevent throwing up or what do u do to prevent throwing up when you get it!? please answer all the Q's i stated aboveWww@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, don't ever freak out if you think you are getting the stomach flu!. Because anxiety can lower your emmune system!. So just relax!. I hate to throw up to, and I just had the stomach flu!. And I also vomit pretty violently, all the blood vessels in my face like break open!. So I feel your pain!. There is nothing you can do to prevent getting the stomach flu and nothing you can do to prevent throwing up!. If you don't have food in your system throwing up just hurts worse because your stomach tries harder to push everything up!. And when you get older the stomach flu doesn't get any better!. It's just one of those things we all have to deal with!.

Unpreventable!.!.!.but you can get flu shots every year, if your folks and your Doctor think it's OK!. There is stuff you can take to help decrease your symptoms and your nausea and vomiting!. Again, talk to your folks!. The flu is what it is! If somebody could "cure" it, think of the BILLIONS they could make!?!?!?!? kjlWww@Answer-Health@Com
