Okay!.!.!. Here's the deal!.!.!. The people they used for the investigation were at high risk for HPV and for cancer!.!.!. They were smokers, drinkers, people with HIV/AIDS, or already being treated for another cancer!.

For some reason, the HPV made it to their mouth (oral sex, self-infection, etc!.) and their high risk status caused the virus to infect their oral cells, irritating them, perhaps giving them a wart they never knew existed, and then, later, they got the cancer!.

What you should do, even already with HPV, is to get the HPV vaccine!. It will protect you against other strains and give your immune system a boost against HPV (so you don't reinfect yourself in other areas, such as your mouth)!. Next, stop smoking or drinking if you already do, go to your dentist at least once a year for check ups, get a physical at least once a year, and eat a balanced diet!.

The first thing to do in any case is to stop worrying because that doesn't help any!. And always consult your physician since you already have a history of HPV whenever you have any HPV-related questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
