I'm confused after years of symptoms?!

Question: I'm confused after years of symptoms!?
My left shoulder bounces involuntarily after swallowing and tilting my head to the right!. I feel the muscle or tendon along the left side of my neck pop and my shoulder jerks right when it happens!. It's like after I swallow, something tenses and when i tilt my head it pops!. This all started happening just a few weeks ago, but I've been complaining of sinus and Eustachian tube discomfort for over a year along with teeth grinding and jaw cracking/stiffness!. An oral surgeon said i don't have TMJ, and an ENT said he couldn't find any problems after using an endoscope!. He said i have a slight pressure imbalance in the ears and gave me singulair!. It didnt do anything and neither did allegra or any of the nasal sprays!. I dont know if this is just muscle tension or sinus or both!. Now my doctor wants me to see the ENT again (a different one) to check swallowing mechanisms more, and if he doesnt come up with anything he wants me to then see a gastro doctor to check for esophageal problWww@Answer-Health@Com

Wow Front !.!.!. Tourettes maybe!? I'm not a doctor, but I do have issues with spine and nerve damage!. It does sound like somethings happening with the nerves from the cervical region as you move your head!.

Sooooo, I would see an orthopod!. An orthopedic specialist can check for any impingment by MRI s and other tests!. If anyone suggests surgery, see another doc for 2nd opinion, and a 3rd, and a 4th if need be!. I did!. I really wanted relief but you can't undo a surgery once it is done!.

Some people swear by chiropractors but physical therapy has been the BEST thing for me!. Posture, sitting hunched over a keyboard or a book can get things out of order after a while!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you had your neck x-rayed on 2 views (AP/lateral)!? If not, I think it is sound to request for that because for all you know, your cervical vertebrae (the neck bones) could have some structural problem which could be impinging on some nerves!. Go and see an internist and tell him about the "popping" in the neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have never ever heard of something like that before and it made me shudder to read about it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
