if you have an aloe plant, snap off a leave and use it right from the plant onto your sun burn!.

in a spray bottle mix equal parts water & apple cider vingar!. spray right on your burn!. make sure the sprayer is set to mist before you spray it!. it smells but it's worth it!.

sleep in satin pj's!. wear the shinny side against your skin!. it won't cause discomfort to the burn area!.

you can apply desitin diaper rash ointment to the burn!. i know it sounds weird but it works!. the cod liver oil in it sooths the burn!.
use a cold compress on the burn but make sure there is some material between you and the compress!. this works for right after having to move, when the burned skin has just been pulled from being moved!.
i have and still use all of these remedies!. they all work very well!. hope they help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By some aloe vera jell, it's excellent for burns of any kind!.

Trivia: when it's over-cast (cloudy) is when you can get the worst burns!. You actually need your sunscreen MORE on over-cast days!. The clouds filter out a lot of the sun's rays that heat us up, but they don't filter out the burning rays!. Three blistering burns in a lifetime give you a 75% higher degree for skin cancer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have someone else put Aloe Vera on your sunburn!. It really helps, my family always uses it every time!. If you don't have the cream, you can just use the slime from the plant!. Just snap off a branch, but watch out because it has thorns!.

Next time, put sunscreen whenever you go out and have sunscreen ready with you!. The weather forecasts are wrong 60% of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my skin tends to fry to so i sympathise with you an old friend once advised me to cover the effected area with natural yogurt and believe it or not it works once the pain goes put on after sun with aloe vera in it this moisturises area and relaxes the skin over burnt areas good luck and in future remember its not just direct sunshine that burns its the rays we cant see so invest in good sun cream its a hard lesson to learn and a sore one too take careWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get some aloe vera gel from your local drugstore, discount store or whatever store handles it in your area!. Take a long cool bath, then apply the gel!. Repeat the process twice a day!. The aloe, for some reason, reduces the pain and blistering to some extent!. I've used it for years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a cool bath or shower! Just fyi you can still get burnt on a cloudy or rainy day, clouds and rain only decrease the amount of harmfull UV light, they don't block it, hence you should still wear sunscreen and a hat on a cloudy/rainy day! Laters!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi

I really feel for you - fellow burner!.!. too many painful memories

aloe vera is very good - just slather it on

and don't forget to wear a hat when you go out again as that part always gets forgotten

i hope you feel better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

Noxema is a good trick!. It really cools the skin down!. Just remember to apply it gently!.

Although, with the blistering, you might want to have that looked at!. That's a pretty severe sunburn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use Calamine lotion to soothe the skin!. If the blisters become infected or if you get any other symptoms go see your doctor ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a cold bath/shower daily and rub aloe vera on it frequentlyWww@Answer-Health@Com
