I usually run mine ten minutes before I go to sleep, then I have a timer on it that shuts it off after three hours!. Unless you have allergies, an air purifier is not really necessary!. Proper ventilation is what is more important!. Open your windows or your vents if you have them in your home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
