She could have an infection if she is having unprotected sex with her partner!. I would not worry too much if the discharge is yellowish in color,but the odor could mean an infection!. She should wash down there regularly and wipe thoroughly after each tI'me she visits the toilet!. As for the stomach pains, im not sure what that could be!.
