could be a simple boil (furuncle) most likely!.
Use hot compress (like hot water on washcloth, wring it out, and keep hot damp towel over it for 5-10 minutes) do this few times a day, and make sure you wear non-chafing (white cotton, not too tight) underwear and loose pants!.
Also, can put ointment over it after the hot compress, such as zinc oxide with neosporin!.
Don't "freak" due to the location, boils occur everywhere, but most common in areas where clothing chafes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is it possible that it could be an ingrown hair (the black part you can see may be hair)!. gently stretch the skin tight around the bump!. if it busts, then it was just an irritated hair follicle turned pimple!. Clean it as you would a pimple!. if it does not bust, leave it alone and see a dermatologist!. It could be a wart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
