Question: Sensitive skin HELP ME!?
i have really sensitive skin as in if some1 slaps me their hand mark will appear!. it will b red and swollen (!?) but it does go away after like 6-10 min!. Also, if i scratch myself even gently, u will b able to c my nail marks as puffy red marks!. Once again, these go away within 6-10min
Any ideas on how i can improve my sensitive skin!?!?

Just take good care of it!. If your skin is sensitive and irritated easily - well don't irritate it! And I certainly wouldn't be letting anyone slap me around just to see if my skin will puff up!. Buy hey - whatever floats your boat!. Try using lotions that are made for sensitive skin - like Dove, Cetaphil, or Vaseline Intensive Care (it works for everything skinwise!) Also, make sure your soap is not irritating it!. Again, Dove is known for being good for sensitive skin!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
