Well I don't know much about it, but I know it's supposed to be right below your chin, right!? and I'm wondering are you supposed to be ableto feel it!? like a bump there or anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no it is a little vein in your neck and it can either be a under active or over active thyroid glan

normally you cannot fee lit but if enlarge you can see it during swallowing ,the swelling of gland normally happen during puberty,pregnancy and lactation!.
if the swelling associated with tachycardia sweating palpitation watery diarrhoea preferring of cold weather disturbance of menses loss of hair and other sign symptoms increase suspicion of thyrotoxicosis!.
